A guy goes to the doc n say DOC ONE OF MY BALLS IS BIGGER THAN THE OTHER ONE. The doc surprised ask him to show them , but the patient refuses sayink that he will laugh on him.
After that the Doc promised to not laugh whatever happens the patient show on of his balls which has the size of an orange. The Doc starts laughing like a fool so the guy says
SEE U LAUGHED!! I WON'T SHOW U THE BIG ONE
